I have not yet created a system to judge decks that is not subjective. I currently have two processes to judge decks but they both have flaws.

First
Use Norman Barth's Deck Build Program and create your deck. These stats below are just the ideal. You should strive to get all of them. Select which ones are more important than other does and calculate your deck yourself. Ofcourse this is subjective because it can only judge deck quality not playability.
